Procedures

  1. The applicant visits Health Institutions Licensing Department and submits a letter from the directing manager of the hospital stating the request to approve the licensing of a hospital transporting bus. The Department will then review the letter and the enclosed documents, approve them, if complete, and true. 
  2. The register of Health Professions and Institutions Licensing Directorate will review, document the submitted papers, and assign them with an incoming entry number. 
  3. The registered transaction will be forwarded, first, to the Director of Health Professions and Institutions Licensing Directorate for review, and then to the Health Institutions Licensing Department. 
  4. An approval letter is addressed to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Department to allow initiating licensing process.

Required Documents

  • A letter from the directing manager of the hospital stating the request to approve licensing a bus to transport passengers, for the use of the hospital.
  • A copy of the vehicle license.
